List2Play Terms of Service

Effective date: 12 November 2025. By using List2Play, you agree to the terms below.

1. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent.
• Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for all activity on your account.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate community guidelines or abuse platform features.

2. Server listings

• Submit accurate hostnames, descriptions, tags, and imagery.
• Listings that mislead users, inject malware, or inflate player counts will be removed.
• Moderators may edit or unpublish listings that breach rules or fall below quality standards.

3. VIP plans & payments

• VIP purchases can be made via Stripe, PayPal, or wallet credits.
• All sales are final unless a technical issue prevents activation.
• Promo codes may be revoked or expire without notice.
• Fraudulent payments or chargebacks result in revoked perks and possible account suspension.

4. Wallet credits

• Credits are denominated in euros (100 credits = 1 EUR) and are non-transferable.
• Credits do not expire, though bonus programs may change over time.
• Wallet balances exist solely for purchasing List2Play services.

5. Bonus programs

• Daily login and server submission bonuses are goodwill incentives that may be updated or discontinued.
• Bonuses may be withheld if we detect automation, fraud, or abusive behaviour.

6. Maintenance & availability

• We strive for continuous uptime, but maintenance windows can limit access.
• Payment webhooks stay online during maintenance so legitimate orders complete.

7. Content ownership

• You retain ownership of submitted content.
• You grant List2Play a non-exclusive licence to display and promote your listings.
• Only upload content you have rights to use.

8. Prohibited behaviour

• Automated voting, fake player counts, and traffic manipulation are forbidden.
• Harassment, spam, or abusive language is not tolerated.
• Attempting to access List2Play infrastructure without permission leads to immediate termination.

9. Limitation of liability

List2Play is provided “as is”. We are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from platform usage, downtime, or third-party providers.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms as services evolve. Continued use after changes take effect signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
