List2Play Refund & Payment Policy

Understand how List2Play handles successful payments, failed checkouts, refunds, and chargebacks.

Successful payments

Once a VIP order or wallet top-up completes, the credits or VIP time are applied immediately. Receipts are sent to the billing email provided at checkout.

Refund eligibility

  • We can only refund payments when VIP perks or credits were not delivered due to a technical fault on our side.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge and include the payment reference (Stripe intent or PayPal capture ID).
  • Credits that have already been spent on VIP time are not refundable.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may lead to account suspension. We will provide payment evidence to the provider and revoke VIP perks and credits involved in the dispute.

Failed or pending payments

  • Pending payments usually resolve within a few minutes once the provider confirms the transaction.
  • If a card is declined or PayPal reports an error, no funds are captured. You can safely retry the checkout.
  • Contact support with the top-up or order ID if you believe you were charged but did not receive benefits.
