List2Play Privacy Policy

Published November 12, 2025 Updated November 12, 2025
This policy covers account data, payment information, and server submission content, along with your privacy rights.

Overview: This privacy policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights.

Information we collect

  • Account data: Email address, username, and optional profile details.
  • Server submissions: Hostnames, descriptions, banners, and community links.
  • Payment data: We store references to Stripe payment intents and PayPal capture IDs but never keep raw card numbers.
  • Usage data: Aggregated analytics, vote counts, and logs for security auditing.

How we use data

  • To display your servers and account information.
  • To process VIP orders, wallet top-ups, and promo codes.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, spam, or abuse.
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, maintenance notices, moderation outcomes).

Data sharing

We share minimal data with payment providers (Stripe, PayPal) and infrastructure partners (Cloudflare) strictly to deliver core services. We never sell personal data to third parties.

Your rights

  • Request a copy of your data by contacting [email protected].
  • Ask us to delete your account. Some records (e.g., invoices) may need to be retained for legal obligations.
  • Opt out of non-essential marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link.

Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, store credentials hashed, and limit access to production systems. Report security issues responsibly and we’ll respond quickly.

Updates

This privacy policy may change as we expand features. Major updates will be highlighted on the blog and via email.
